Email support@fastwater.app with any question about your account, a file, or one of our apps. We usually answer within a day.
Open Fastwater on the TV and note the code on the screen. On your phone or computer, go to fastwater.app/link, sign in, and enter the code. The TV signs in within a few seconds. To sign a TV out, use Settings on the TV, or remove it from Apps on fastwater.app.
The Apple TV app plays MP4 and MOV files with H.264 or HEVC video and AAC, AC-3, or E-AC-3 audio. Other files show "This file can't play on Apple TV". They still play in the browser at fastwater.app.
Change or cancel your plan under Account on fastwater.app. To delete your account and its files, email support@fastwater.app.
