These terms cover your use of Fastwater: the website at fastwater.app, its API, and the apps that connect to it. By creating an account you agree to them.
Fastwater downloads files you add from magnet links and torrent files, stores them privately, and lets you stream or download them. Fastwater is in beta. Features, limits, and prices may change, and the service may have interruptions. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot replace.
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to pay for a plan. Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including through API keys and apps you connect.
Store only files you have the right to download and keep. Do not use Fastwater to:
You can send a share link to a few people you know. A link plays only the files you pick, in at most 10 browsers, and stops after at most 30 days or when you turn it off. Do not post share links publicly. You are responsible for what you share, and a file removed after a copyright notice stops playing in every link.
The acceptable use policy has the full rules. We can remove content and suspend accounts that break them.
We act on every valid copyright notice. Send notices to dmca@fastwater.app. We store one copy of each file for everyone who adds it, so removing a file after a valid notice removes it for every user who has it. If you believe a file was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address. Under our repeat-infringer policy, we disable an account that gets 3 strikes in 12 months. The copyright policy explains how notices, counter-notices, and strikes work.
Plans, prices, and limits are listed on the pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. On plans with a retention period, each file is deleted when that period ends. If you ask within 7 days of your first charge, we refund that charge in full. Otherwise, unless the law requires it, payments are not refundable.
You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. When an account closes, its files are deleted.
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Fastwater is not liable for lost files, lost profits, or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We will post changes to these terms here and update the date at the top. For a significant change, we will email you first. If you keep using Fastwater after a change, you accept the new terms.
